Fahar, our salesman, was upfront, courteous and very honest at every step. He helped us get a great price on the car and answered every single question we might have. The sale was done very quickly and we didn't have to go through unnecessary hoops to get what we wanted. When we went to pick up the car, Dwayne, the finance manager, was just as friendly, straightforward and relaxed. Nothing was pushed on us that we didn't want, which was a very pleasant thing. We drove off with a great new car and the satisfaction that we had a very, very pleasant experience buying it. I would highly recommend this dealership if someone is interested in purchasing a car. DISHONEST BAIT AND SWITCH I asked about a specific used car and got FOUR confirmations that it was in stock before I went to the dealership, including two on the day I went to I asked about a specific used car and got FOUR confirmations that it was in stock before I went to the dealership, including two on the day I went to see it. Then when I got there, I was told it had been sold several days before. "It hasn't been picked up, which is why we made the mistake. Can we interest you in this car instead....?" I hate that I fell for this and hope that you, reader, are smart and go somewhere else! I can't post this without choosing a salesperson, but the person who assured me the car was there is not listed. More

Incompetence on a higher plain! I visited this house of horrors twice, for recalls on my Accord. Today, I had a recall for a battery sensor. I was there at 0715 and they began servic I visited this house of horrors twice, for recalls on my Accord. Today, I had a recall for a battery sensor. I was there at 0715 and they began servicing my vehicle at approx. 0740. Much to my surprise, I was told my care was ready at approximately 0805. Too good to be true. My "Service Agent" dropped the papers off at the Clerk Window and I was told by the Clerk that my vehicle would be sent to me in a few minutes. After waiting approximately one half hour...I sought the help of several service agents. One asked to see my paperwork and said he would make sure the vehicle was delivered to me. At 0845, I was approached by one of the Livery Agents (who pick up finished vehicles) and he asked me if I had my car yet. I said, "No". I added that if my car was not delivered to me in a few moments, I would contact the Police and begin a Stolen Vehicle Investigation. Finally, at 0905, these cretins and incompetents showed up with my car. So in essence, I waited over an hour after the service was performed while these clowns were trying to find my car. The best part: The Work Ticket stated that a sealant was applied to the Battery Sensor to prevent corrosion "as a termporary fix." When I inspected the battery and cables...NO SEALANT Was Applied. So, they are probably not honest with Honda Motors either. Anyone who gives them more than a one star rating on these is probably being paid by them. This place is the pits. I highly recommend that you avoid Plaza Honda Service. More
