Worst experience ever I had an appointment and arrived right on time. They made me wait for over a half hour before taking my car. I asked if I should wait or go home. They I had an appointment and arrived right on time. They made me wait for over a half hour before taking my car. I asked if I should wait or go home. They told me it would take about 40 minutes for the oil change and I should wait. 3.5 hours later I was still waiting. Then they tried to "sell" me $650 dollars of work that my car "needed". I declined, and they made me wait an additional half hour, while they were "putting my car back together" a simple oil change, over 4 hrs??! Rude and nasty people. When I complained I was actually told "others have been here for over 5 hours, what are YOU complaining about? I would never use their service More
