Getting a new car This was my second car that I decided to buy at Plaza Honda. I came in advance to to talk to the sale representative and manager. The sales department did a good job. Phil and Anthony prepared all the paperwork, and financial department representative went with me over all the documents. I was ready to get a new car and start enjoying it. The negative experience came from the service department, I wanted some accessories to be installed on a new car and I was told it will take 1.5 hours, but instead I spend 7 hours waiting for the car to be ready. The mood was down after such a long waiting period, and I did not see any reason why a client has to struggle sitting at the dealership for a whole day. The car was there, the parts were there, but not the job to install them. My car was passed in line by other cars with "first" priority. More

When it came time for the financing he was genuinely hoping we got a deal we had liked. Then once we were finalized with the loan he was again patient with showing us the important features of the vehicle. He went out of his was to even get us the paper disposal mats so we wont get snow in our Honda. LOL. In closing I would like to say that Mr. Hinds and Plaza Honda were just wonderful and we were both very satisfied with their service. More
