Need more finance officers I waited too long (10am to 7pm) for a car because there was only ONE finance officer working on December 2, 2016. Being welcomed by Lawrence was my good fortune - he proved to be one in a billion. He was patient and understood my situation. He actually listened and assured each that I had come to a good place. He actually paid attention and gave Nogales assurances. He said it would work out and it did. Had it not been for his patience, understanding, and honesty, I would have left as I came: walking. Instead, I drove home in a fantastic machine. Mr. Hinds is old school - they don't make them like that anymore. More
