I was extremely happy with my experience from Plaza Honda thanks to Steve who didn't beat around the bush and told me exactly what to expect in terms I was extremely happy with my experience from Plaza Honda thanks to Steve who didn't beat around the bush and told me exactly what to expect in terms of getting my vehicle. Once the vehicle got to the dealership, he took his time to go through everything with me, he pre-set certain features for me, connected phone to vehicle, etc. He also contacted insurance for and took care of all the paperwork on that end as well. Great sales person!! Thank you for getting me the car I wanted and not trying to change my mind for another one which probably would have been much easier to get!!! I appreciate it!!! More

Lousy service I took my elderly mother's car for an oil change, waited approximately 2 and half hours and got the car back without the oil change. I got a receipt w I took my elderly mother's car for an oil change, waited approximately 2 and half hours and got the car back without the oil change. I got a receipt with an incorrect email address. I had to go to work and couldn't hang around. I called to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting. I then called the operator who put my call through to speak to the the manager. He made excuses and asked me to bring the car back after I had already waited for hours. More
