Waste of Time I went to Plaza Honda today (KEY TAG 5048) and had a very very bad experience. Arrived there at 3:00 PM and after "4" hours (Yes 4 hours. I am not kid I went to Plaza Honda today (KEY TAG 5048) and had a very very bad experience. Arrived there at 3:00 PM and after "4" hours (Yes 4 hours. I am not kidding. I swear to god) at 7:00 PM, a lady came and asked me why are you waiting and who is taking care of you? I replied, oil and filter change and you are the one who is supposed to take care of me because I talked with you when I arrived here and you gave a receipt and said to me to wait. Then she straight said to me I do not remember you (Wow ! What a nice customer service). She took my receipt and went out. After few minutes, she came to me and said, we did not touch your car and we will change car's oil and filter right now. The time was 7:10 PM. I just said, give me the car and I will go to somewhere else to change oil and filter. I have been to many places to change oil and filter but this place is the worst one. It looks like they are getting more than enough customers nowadays and they just don't care about customer service More

Waste of time Bad experience, 5 employees passed by me while I stood at reception desk and no one asked if I needed assistance. I called the business so someone w Bad experience, 5 employees passed by me while I stood at reception desk and no one asked if I needed assistance. I called the business so someone would come to greet me, I was finally introduced to a sales person. The sales person (Roy) was not interested in my car preferences but was more interested in making a sale and rather than discussing my options as a buyer, he discussed about his commission and how much the sale would help him. In addition, when we discussed about my car as a trade in, he was making fun of me and the car I drive, suggesting my car was worthless, that I still need to roll my windows down manually. The whole experience was a waste, rather than helping me make the right decision picking the right car at the right price, I was pressured into buying a car just so he can make his commission. More
