I wish they had zero stars! I bought my Honda Accord from here in 2004. My car is great and runs well still. Back then the service was good and I always worked with Chris. Now the service, the drop off, everything a atrocious!! They overbook for car service, and you can never get hold of the person you worked with. I just went to have one tire replaced (with two children under the age of five), he said he had to see if it was in stock. I left the car and had to call THEM four hours later to inquire whether they had itin stock. They hadn't checked yet and he had my car would have to stay overnight? For one tire???? Then he called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that they did not have the tire. REALLY?! I picked up and car and went elsewhere. Please people to the same! More
