well going to plaza Honda was my first experience and going to a dealer and getting a new car and not only that but by being nervous and hearing all those things on the TV don't pay to much for anything going to a dealer and getting a new car and not only that but by being nervous and hearing all those things on the TV don't pay to much for anything but going there was the best experience i ever had. they were very kind and understanding it being a first time to people there had a friendly environment and make you feel like you were part of the team along the way. especially Harry Potamianos. He single handed made everything possible showed us he car found us a beautiful price and was straight up with us. They also let me charge my phone there while everything was taking place so i would have a full battery driving home. they showed me the car and they were on there "A"game the whole time. I Gave them a 5 in Great Service and it is a shame that they wouldn't let me give them a 10 i know any other cars i get from down there will be from Honda just because of how friendly there are. So thank you Honda Harry you gave my family the car of there dream a safe reliable car so we wont be in fear of breaking down. More

This is my 2nd Honda purchase within the past two years at this Honda dealership, I love going there because the staff have been very great, professional and helpful. In additiona I alway get my car servic at this Honda dealership, I love going there because the staff have been very great, professional and helpful. In additiona I alway get my car services here and never had a problem. I used to live in Brooklyn but almost a year ago I move to Queens and I still go to this dealership, that how much comfort I experience with their services. Great job guys. Love my Honda More

Dealer had a higher price than other dealerships for the same exact car with identical options. Had to give dealer lowest price offered to me. Dexter matched the price as if he was doing me a favor. Please note, this was our 2nd 2013 Accord purchased since the 2013's have been on the market. We purchased our fully loaded EX-L at another dealership which gave us the best price along with customer satisfaction both before and after the sales. When we came to pick up the car, the cashier's check amount was over and the price of the wheel locks was over-inflated. They said they were going to refund us the difference, but it took way over a month to obtain this refund. I had to threaten to call Honda USA Corp to complain before getting Dexter's manager, Harry on the phone. Dexter lacks customer service and does that understand the meaning of what a true car sales entails. It's just not about selling a car and treating the customers as just another statistic to add to your profile for the month/quarter. It's much more and there is a lot to can be learned. I would try another dealership before inquiring with this one. If price is all that matters, and not the relationship that builds afterwards, then go for it. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Plaza Honda and had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Lawrence Hinds. My past experiences with car dealerships have not been the best, but Mr. Hinds with his most plea the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Lawrence Hinds. My past experiences with car dealerships have not been the best, but Mr. Hinds with his most pleasant and confident demeanor took all my trepidations away. We went through the procedure so effortlessly I was surprised we were done so quickly. Mr. Hinds knowledge of the cars and his proficiency with the paperwork was the key to this experience. He is absolutely an asset to the Plaza family and would recommend both Mr. Hinds and Plaza to anyone interested in an effortless and honest car buying experience. Larry Hinds was exceptionally helpful getting me two new cars! My cars were flooded in the storm and it was a real disaster!!! He knew what I needed and handled the transactions with speed and skill!
