I was in the market for my first vehicle. I knew Plaza Honda from many happy customers in my neighborhood, as well as my family. He was able to give me the best price based on the available programs from American Honda. I thought I was in the market for a Civic LX but Harry was able to get me a better deal on the leftover 2012 EX which has more options for LESS money! I was extremely satisfied with all of the personal attention and customer service all of these employees provided. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Other than my personal experience, the dealership as a whole was extremely welcoming. There are over 40 vehicles in the showroom (yes I counted because I couldn't believe the size) in every color imaginable and every trim level possible, which really help when deciding what you want. The entire facility was spotless. And every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and helpful. Many times when I was awaiting paperwork to sign, employees asked if I needed help with anything. I appreciate the attention and how helpful the employees are. Also, the paperwork process couldn't have been easier. All in all, buying a car at Plaza Honda was the smartest financial decision I've made.
