A bunch of liars On July 30th, 2015 my car battery died. Originally I thought it was the starter and contacted HondaCare. They immediately sent me a tow truck that too On July 30th, 2015 my car battery died. Originally I thought it was the starter and contacted HondaCare. They immediately sent me a tow truck that took my car to Honda Plaza. I have a Honda Accord lX 2010. It is precertified and I have owned the car for about 2 years now. I explained that the battery should not have already been dead since its relatively a new car. It passed inspection by honda just 4 months ago. The sales guy who gave me the car explained that certified is like having a new car, parts are changed by Honda professionally before sold again. Rep at plaza honda preceded to tell me i was to pay $170. Now I thought this was unfair and required about the warranties I have. After hours of them checking and not getting back to me. I finally get through to the rep working on my car. He explains a 40-50% rule that took the price to $115. I agree to this price and make my way back to honda (stepping out of work early) to pick up my car. 2 min away from the dealership he calls me back to then tell me the warranty does not cover my car because it's the original battery and I am now paying $195 instead of the quoted $115 or the $170. He then proceeded to assure me that this was the best price I could get because on the streets it would be more. lol I checked and I could have gotten it for less than $100. My suggestion to Honda is to not guarantee or provide information that is not valid. More

terrible service! First time I'm forces to write a review and it's a negative one. My parents brought an 8-months old Honda Pilot for service because it "died" in the m First time I'm forces to write a review and it's a negative one. My parents brought an 8-months old Honda Pilot for service because it "died" in the middle of the road. First, the "advisor" by the name Colin (he's not listed here as an employee for some reason) was trying to rip them off by requiring them to pay $1,500 to fix the vehicle that is still under the manufacturer warranty. Of the bet, Colin was rude and condescending. A few days later, he changed the story and said the car can be fixed for no cost to my parents. The car was left at the dealership on June 11. Today, June 29, it is still not ready and every week, my parents are given a new date by which things will be fixed. Instead of a normal human explanation and customer service, Colin yelled at my parents and told them not to call again until he calls back himself. My father uses this car for work and cannot use any substitute car since it's a TLC job. It's been 2.5 weeks that he's been out of work because the dealership does not seem in a rush to fix the car and the representative is not trying to help in good faith, but is being rude and unprofessional instead. I am sorry, but we may have to resort to other measures since it seems that helpess consumers are being taken advantage of. It surprises us how the same dealership can receive 2-star reviews on Yelp and such amazing reviews here. It's beyind understanding how customer service at this location can be so anti-customer. More

Not satisfied at all with the service department I was sent coupons via Email from Honda . I had them on my iPhone I was refused the coupon value because they have to be printed. So if you don't own a printer , I guess you pay full price as far as .. I believe her name was ronkie or something very similar. I called twice but she didn't seem to want to hear it. I did eventually speak to a young lady that answered the main line who offered to print it for me . But after having called 3 times and spent 15 minutes on the phone I chose to go somewhere else. This is also after I went there to have a front and rear bumper guard put on but left after I stood there for 10 minutes while the workers cussed each other through the window on the right never asking if I needed help so I spent $500 getting it done on Queens blvd.. Meanwhile I live a few blocks from Honda. Bought my car this past March. I've heard these stories from friends but wanted to make my own judgement.. And I Have!!! He worked very hard to get me a great price on a brand-new Honda Accord.I will recommend my friends and family. when ever they want to purchase a car; everybody was very nice. And for the young lady help me with all the features in the car, she was very helpful, she had patience with me, and very courteous, please do not lose this young lady. She is a great. More
