But we maintained the car properly with all services done by Plaza Honda. In fact we only had less than 32000 miles. On November 11th 2011 the car malfunctioned and I brought it in for repairs and the Service Manager I dealt with was Mr.Hafiz Kawsar. He was very polite, professional and respectful. And by the grace of GOD, Mr Kawsar suggested we trade in the car for a 2012 Honda Pilot and he took it upon himself to speak to people in the sales department. Glory and Thanks be to GOD almighty in Jesus Christ, because we had no intention of buying a new car at that point in time, we bought a new 2012 Honda Pilot the following day November 12th 2011. Dealing with Mr Hafiz Kawsar has been the best experience at Plaza Honda but I also appreciate the cooperation of Messers,Louis Gentilcore, Jared Tinerino and Kevin Kline in the Sales Department. More
My 2008 Certified Civic was towed in after being pushed to the side of the road. The local mechanic offered to replace my engine with a second hand for 1800 plus labor and everybody told me that the deale to the side of the road. I am SO glad that I brought the car to the dealership. This is impeccable service: trustworthy prompt and friendly. Kawsar is knowledgeable about all aspects of service parts, maintenance, and warranty...and he carries it off well because he is quick intelligent and confident. I can see the man is busy, but he made time to sit with me and break things down and I never felt rushed. He even had pictures of my busted engine and took a video of the replacement, who can ask for more? I am so impressed by how quickly he got all the paperwork in, and the brand new engine replaced. Even better, everything was covered under warranty!!! And now my warranty has been extended. I am so grateful. I recently brought my car, a 2002 Honda Civic, for an airbag attachment recall. Within less than an hour, the work was done and, of course, there was no charge. On 9/17/11 I went in for service on my 2010 Toyota sienna car, while waiting I was introduced to Mr.Hinds for an over look at my old account with that he showed me that i can get a better rate with a newer 2 car, while waiting I was introduced to Mr.Hinds for an over look at my old account with that he showed me that i can get a better rate with a newer 2011 sienna and he was right. On 12/4/2010, I went to the Honda dealership and met with Mr. Lawrence Hinds. I found Mr. Hinds to be polite and a proffesional. He helped me with re-financing and assisted me with additional information for Mr. Lawrence Hinds. I found Mr. Hinds to be polite and a proffesional. He helped me with re-financing and assisted me with additional information for the loan re-financing process. My appointment was for 11 AM and the going back and forth procedure lasted until 2:45 P.M. I was fortunate to have met someone as Mr. Hinds, As I opened the door to the dealership, there were 3 other dealers, that hounded me and I must say turned me off with their greedy, and unproffesional attitude's. I was about turn and look for the outside door,(And cancel my appointment) When Mr. Hinds asked in a soft and gentle manner, If I needed help. I calmed down and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. I did speak to Mr. Hind's manager about the good experience that I had with him, and was willing to sign an affidavit, or reccommendation on Mr. Hinds behalf. I look foward in the future, to meeting again with Mr. Hinds concerning Honda cars, and I have reccommended him to family and friends. More
