At my request, Mr. Davidson was very willing to offer help by coming out of his office and reset my oil change counter after service was performed. However, I have been here before and don't understand why each time, after service is done, the technician doesn't reset the oil counter for me. I have to check for myself every time. Anyhow, the overall experience was good. Thank you. More

Mismanagement,incompetence and lax attitude seems to be the norm. I was treated with disregard and belittering I told them that I felt unsafe driving this car not knowing what was happening. They are so uninformed and lack respect for customers. They are very uinproffessional. My advice would be to research dealershiops before investing in a vehicle. You would be surprised how different the sales and service is. Your business is valued up until the deal is closed. I took my 2017 Honda CRV to this service center because my car was running funny and I didn’t want it to shut down on me. I did not feel safe. The warning light was also coming up on my dashboard. I even mentioned to one of the reps that a recall came up on my honda link which he dismissed. Well what do you know! Another dealership picked up on it immediately. There was also a q navigational issue which was dismissed as a problem with my phone. American Honda was able to correct it within 1 minute. More

Worst experience ever I had an appointment and arrived right on time. They made me wait for over a half hour before taking my car. I asked if I should wait or go home. They told me it would take about 40 minutes for the oil change and I should wait. 3.5 hours later I was still waiting. Then they tried to "sell" me $650 dollars of work that my car "needed". I declined, and they made me wait an additional half hour, while they were "putting my car back together" a simple oil change, over 4 hrs??! Rude and nasty people. When I complained I was actually told "others have been here for over 5 hours, what are YOU complaining about? I would never use their service More

Complete disregard for customers. I have trusted Honda Plaza with my vehicle for several years, however, after my last visit the Customer Service Manager's treatment and the response t I have trusted Honda Plaza with my vehicle for several years, however, after my last visit the Customer Service Manager's treatment and the response to customer concerns has caused me to vow never to return. Three weeks ago I took my car in for standard maintenance, it was returned with a maintenance signal that had never been on before. I returned to Honda Plaza to address the situation. When I picked up my car it had fresh scratches (to be truly transparent my vehicle is used and had some scratches) however fresh scratches were evident. I brought the scratches to the representative attention (Chelsea) and the Customer Service Manager attention. His response was that I had signed a document stating that they were not liable. He smirked and me and said that he was not going to address the concern. I always trusted Honda Plaza before and am sadly disappointed by the way they treat customers. More

They said my oil change would be an hour it took over 4. Plus I had to wait to get my car once it was completed. They are rude, disrespectful, and overall obnoxious. They look for issue that don't exist and lose your keys. Don't feel this was a one time thing. Check there ratings one Google and yelp. More
