First new car in 15-years I did a lot of research on line and settled on a Hyundai or a Honda. Since Plaza sells both, the salesman had no problem walking my wife and I through I did a lot of research on line and settled on a Hyundai or a Honda. Since Plaza sells both, the salesman had no problem walking my wife and I through both showrooms to compare. I also went in with TruCar quotes from Plaza (which were rated "great price" and they honored them easily. Our sales rep, DJ, was easygoing, knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I can't give this review 5-stars is because the whole process took way too long. In fairness, it was a Saturday and they were moving a boatload of cars. But still, 5+ hours is too long. More
