A Sadly Rare Decent Visit My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and I wasn't checked in until approximately 11:45 a.m. I told Dave, who checked me in, about my terrible experience My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and I wasn't checked in until approximately 11:45 a.m. I told Dave, who checked me in, about my terrible experience there last year when everyone left the office to go home without giving me my car. Dave was terrific. I got a state inspection, oil change, new windshield wipers and asked him to find out why my sunroof would not open all the way. Three hours later I walked over to check on my car's status and Dave himself was scraping gunk out of my sunroof with the help of another worker. Everything else had been done already, so he let me stay with the car. He and his coworker were extremely nice and did a great job. Then he had my car washed, which has never happened in all of the years I've been going to Plaza, first with my Honda and now with my Hyundai. Unfortunately, while he was scraping gunk out of the sunroof, his boss walked over and began talking to me in a nasty manner when he didn't even know what he was talking about. I told him I was not going to speak with him after he upset me, so he walked away. When I asked who the jerk was, I was told he was Dave's boss, Casal (not sure). Later he came over and apologized and started trying to be nice. The people who check in the cars and work on them are normally very nice. The people that I had a problem with last year worked with the cash registers and left me to find my own car. The person who checked me in last year had gone home before the cash register people. If a new place opens up, I will be very happy to never go back. I left at approximately 3:45 p.m. More

Great staff First of all I would like to state that staff was very friendly and professional There is a problem with the so called warrenty. I believe my transmission problem should have been covered under the ten year warranty. I truly believe that it was slipping hairs to say it was the coolent system. Farther more I was told that if I was the original owner I would have been covered.
