Work is excellent, Customer service, not good I had a 1:30PM appointment, got there 1:10PM drove into receptive area got out of the car and stood by the car door for sometime till an employee aske I had a 1:30PM appointment, got there 1:10PM drove into receptive area got out of the car and stood by the car door for sometime till an employee asked me to move my car forward which I did. Sat in car another employee asked me to move the car to another lane even offer to do it , I let him move the car. I watched other cars came and taken to be serviced. At 1:40PM I had to ask an employee if I were in the wrong place then my information was collected and the car was removed about 8 minutes later. Well I waited till 4:48PM when I was called by the advisor to tell me the car was ready. I think the service took too long. I have been there before and did not have to wait so long. RDB. More
