Horrible Everytime I come to this location. I am never satisfied. I only come to this location because it closest to me. The customer service is horrible. I ha Everytime I come to this location. I have brought my vehicle three times for the same electrical issue and nothing has been resolved. On top of that Colon (I believe he is a manager) is very unprofessional. He was very rude and nasty instead of being compassionate and sympathetic to my problem. I promise you that the only thing this location is good for is quick oil changes. Other than that they are not professional, disorganized, and very slow paced. More

Most Amazing Service From Any Dealership... EVER I met with Frank Mosca, the Sales & Leasing Consultant with Hyundai and explained to him the difficulty in obtaining a vehicle from one of his competi I met with Frank Mosca, the Sales & Leasing Consultant with Hyundai and explained to him the difficulty in obtaining a vehicle from one of his competitors (Infiniti in New Jersey) and the fact that they had wasted a whole day only to come up with nothing! Frank has restored my faith in New Car Dealers. I was in and out of Plaza Hyundai with my new Hyundai Genesis within 3 hours. Absolute professional service, a completely positive result and one xxxx of a gentleman to boot. Plaza Hyundai have changed the way I will now do business and earned a good customer in the process.
