I did not have an appointment but they still took me in and assured me it will be done by the ends of the day which I did not mind sense I was not in a rush. To top it all of, at the end I got a free car wash. As I said I for amazing service and I will definitely return. More

Worst rude They were very rude I took my car in for service at 7am at 3pm when I call they did nothing with my car,I ask to speak to the supervisor and told me t They were very rude I took my car in for service at 7am at 3pm when I call they did nothing with my car,I ask to speak to the supervisor and told me to hold on I hold on for 1hr 40 min I stayed on the line when i go there he had no intention to pick up the phone he was just there sitting and talking foolishness with his friend they thought I would have just Hang up they still did not look at my car and he said never call them for the appointment I call customer service I have to call them direct the worst rude people I ever met I would never recommend plaza h More

FLAWLESS! My car was ready to go when we arrived...Exactly as I had ordered it and even had pinstripe which was a really nice surprise! I had owned a Hyundai prior to this one, so I knew that I would like this car (even more than the less expensive Hyundai that I originally purchased). Great suggestions were given to me relative to extras....but not so much that I felt pushed into buying more than I could afford! Congrats to a great staff at Plaza! More
