horrible service Brought my car in at 10:30 for an 11am appointment for an oil change..asked service advisor to check on a noise on the back wheels as well...she came Brought my car in at 10:30 for an 11am appointment for an oil change..asked service advisor to check on a noise on the back wheels as well...she came back to me about 30 mins later to inform service would take about 2.5-3 hours and she knew I was waiting for my car.. 6 hours later around 4:30, she came back to inform my car was next to be serviced....they didn't even see it yet!!! At 4:45, another service rep claimed it was my rear brakes making the noise, so I authorized the service that she claimed would take 45mins... the original service rep came back to me at 6:15pm.. almost 8 hours later..to inform they were almost done.... I requested to speak with the manager, who was not very sympathetic to the fact I was there for 8 hours... he claimed the computers were down, the multi-inspection takes time, you name it...but meanwhile...it took over 6 hours just for them to start any work on my car. I informed I was not satisfied and would not be coming back again as there's always an issue there..the manager didn't even seem to care I was dissatisfied.... last time I went for service, I pre-ordered 1 tire and got there and they had the wrong tire, so I had to wait all day again...but that's another story.... to top it off.... I drive away and my car STILL makes the same noise I complained about and paid a few hundred dollars to fix... not satisfied with my experience today at all. More

TOP SHELF SALESMAN!! Purchased a Genesis on 1-12-16 from Plaza Hyundai. Frank Mosca was our salesperson. I can't say enough positive things about this man. First of all he was extremely personable and his main concern was that our buying experience and the service he provided to us was up to what we were expecting. To be honest, I never expect much from salespeople at car dealerships, but Frank changed all that. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. Even after we bought the car he followed up with a phone call 2 days later to make sure we were happy or if we had any questions or concerns. He blew my opinion of car salesman out of the water.
