With a little internet research done, I decided to walk down to the Auto Plaza to just look at the cars. I met with many different sales people but Chris Rodriguez was my absolute favorite. He was polite, kind, knowledgable and never pushed me into anything. He answered all of my questions without ever trying to "sell" me anything. When I left my initial visit, I felt confident that Chris is one of the few honest car salesmen. Within a week of my initial visit, I drove away in my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at a great price. Both Chris and Mikhail (from Finance) were and continue to be a valuable part of my car buying experience. They were personable, honest, and made me feel unpressured during the entire experience. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them! More

Excellent I had 4 recalls on my vehicle. I brought it in and they took my car in minutes. Said they would call me when it was finished. Well I couldn't believe I had 4 recalls on my vehicle. I brought it in and they took my car in minutes. Said they would call me when it was finished. Well I couldn't believe it was done in an hour. They had my car delivered to me when I arrived as if it was valet parked! No waiting and very professional. Would recommend to anyone and would go back. Very hard to find places like this around I can tell you. Thanks Hyundai Auto, you are a breath of fresh air! More

Bad sales experience, even worse follow up. I leased a 2015 Sonata 6 weeks ago. I agreed on a lease price with the sales manager, but when I went to fill out the lease agreement, the monthly cha I leased a 2015 Sonata 6 weeks ago. I agreed on a lease price with the sales manager, but when I went to fill out the lease agreement, the monthly charge was $55more per month. When I refused the deal I was asked again and again to sit down with the finance person so they could explain why the payment was so much higher. I just kept saying I do not want the car, I just want to cancel the deal. Eventually they went back to the agreed on monthly payment. Then when I finally got the car, they only had one key for it, they promised they would get me a second key in a week or two. Six weeks later, no key, they don't even return my call. Dealing with Hyundai USA, hopefully it will be resolved. More

Great Purchasing Experience I finally decided to purchase my leased Sonata and I'm so glad Frank was the sales associate that helped me. He was very friendly and funny! He not only walked me through the buying process, but he also helped a friend of mine who was with me. Frank and the rest of the team worked to get me the best deal and I truly appreciated this. He also followed up our meeting with a call the next day. If you can, make it a point to have Frank as your sales representative!! And Yesica Baez in Finance was excellent!! More
