I received a recall letter for tire defects I called to make an appointment the day I am off and was told by Colin Mazza that they do not do recalls on Saturdays so I asked for another day and was given a date of 09/30/15 for 7am , I requested a loaner , when I arrived at the dealer 7am booked my car in and sat and waited for the loaner ,, 25 mins passed and I asked Colin what about the loaner because I had to go to work and he replied to me. " HEY RELAX ". I thought that was the worse customer service for an employee very disrespectful and a really bad attitude, I immediately asked for my car back and will never go there for any service that is due in the future , even if I have to go an extra 20 miles away to fine a place that gives the service I should.
