Great recall service experience. I was able to schedule an appointment promptly, and on the date and time of my choice. I was checked in promptly. Although I arrived 30 minutes befo I was able to schedule an appointment promptly, and on the date and time of my choice. I was checked in promptly. Although I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, my car was not ready until an hour and a half after my appointment, and I had to call for status to find that out. When I arrived at the dealership, I still had to wait 10 minutes for the paperwork and then another 5 minutes or so for my car to be brought around, but all in all, the service was satisfactory. Evberyone was courteous, too. More
