Frank was there (on his day off) to ensure that finance and insurance matters were completed. He answered all my questions and concerns and I drove off in my new car. Very comfortable dealing i needed a second car for my household, but my credit history was less than the required duration. I had a few makes on my mind, including nissan and i needed a second car for my household, but my credit history was less than the required duration. I went to a few dealers where they wasted me entire time asking for unnecessary documents and denying me in the end or offering me unbelievably high APR. I wanted my car on my VA address as i was moving back. A lot of dealers, or almost all of them i must say were very lazy and unorganized. you go into a dealership and now its your responsibility to trace help or an agent. and then they deal with you as they were giving you a huge favor. This dealership is efficient and their associates are hardworking, trying for every possibility to help you. Frank was the guy who helped me and i must say this guy is funny and treats you like family. follows up with you over the phone, running around, making sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend this guy, he is truthful and straight forward, doesnt push you over your budget or needs. he cares, and yes he is pretty funny More

A Quality Experience This past Thursday I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in to address a TSB. My car was making a maddening metallic clicking sound upon acceleration from This past Thursday I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in to address a TSB. My car was making a maddening metallic clicking sound upon acceleration from a stop, and lift throttle conditions. Turns out Hyundai in a move of questionable wisdom used an axle washer that was made of plastic (!) that was basically designed to fail. This plastic washer was replaced with a metal one as per the TSB by the staff at Plaza Hyundai. I had an appointment at 830am and was greeted by Ricky a service advisor. He was friendly and attentive to the very specific information I gave him regarding the TSB and the problem that warranted my coming in. Although I spent a long while waiting for the repair (I didn't get the car until 430pm) this was understandable as Hyundai just announced a massive recall on Sonatas, and the dealership was inundated with cars. This was my first experience at Plaza and I was favorably impressed. The repair was done properly and I was not upsold on unnecessary services. Despite being extremely busy, everybody from the service advisor to the tech that worked on my car was professional. More
