Experience purchasing a Hyundai at Plaza We purchased out Hyundai Accent in May 2013 and as part of the purchase we met with financial manager, Mikahil Wright. At first Mr Wright came off as We purchased out Hyundai Accent in May 2013 and as part of the purchase we met with financial manager, Mikahil Wright. At first Mr Wright came off as polite and patient, but as my wife and I did not accept any of the aftermarket services and warranties he offered, he became increasingly agitated and inpatient. We sat through his sales presentation patiently and listended attentively without interrupting him, but did turned down his repeated attempts at selling us extras we could not afford after purchasing the car. The meeting with this finance manager did not end well, and we walked out of the showroom eager to get into out new car and drive away from this place and the experience. I will not return to Plaza to buy any car, much less bring my car for service, and I wish they would stop sending me brochures and reminders for scheduled maintenance. I believe Hyundai Motors should know the type of people this dealership hires, but as big company Hyundai has become, I do not expect them to heed my advice or recommendation as they only care for the bottom line just as any other business.
