I was greeted by Adelina Rivas the moment I walked in to the Hyundai dealership. She was personable and friendly, she answered all of my questions and was very patient when I gave her the dollar amount that the Hyundai dealership. Although my figures were much lower than the sticker price of the car, Adelina talked to her manager and worked very hard to get me a car. In the end, I met with her manager who was very informative and patient as well. He managed to get me a dollar amount that I could afford and was comfortable with leaving me with an overall pleasant experience. I received everything that was promised to me and was extremely pleased to have been able to drive out of the dealership with my brand new 2013 Hyundai elantra. Another person i'd like to mention is Mr.Mercado, who i met with briefly. However, he showed me how to save money with my car payments and then walked me thru the step by step process on how to use the car. I went to plaza auto mall on Saturday January 18 to get a new car. I had gone to Toyota first since the car I had for the last 9 years was a Toyota that I purchased at plaza auto mall. I did not find what I new car. I had gone to Toyota first since the car I had for the last 9 years was a Toyota that I purchased at plaza auto mall. I did not find what I was looking for. I than browsed at Honda and nothing caught my eye. I than walked into Hyundai and was asked what I was looking for in a car. They called Frank over and he said he had what I was looking for. We took the car out for a test drive and came back ten minutes later and sat down to work out a deal. Since I was trading in my car he had to get my car appraised. Within ten minutes that was done to my satisfaction. I came back in two hours and Frank and Holly showed me how everything worked and drove home in my new car. More
