I met Frank Mosca when I came to Plaza Hyundai to buy a new car. Frank had helped me all way through. He had never hesitated to run extra mile for me. He made the purchase easier then it could be. He knows everything about Hyundai. He also is honest, dedicated, caring and over all a great person to deal with when you are about to spend tens of thousand dollars. I had had great experience buying from Plaza Hyundai and Frank in particular. I'm going to recommend Frank to all my friends. Any great job must be well rewarded and that reward is coming from the price we pay. Everyone has to understand that and be happy with the cost of a car. More

This is an update from the review i left in November. I leased a Hyundai Elantra from Plaza Hyundai in Brooklyn NY in 2010. When my lease was up at the end of last year, I returned to Plaza Hyundai to leas leased a Hyundai Elantra from Plaza Hyundai in Brooklyn NY in 2010. When my lease was up at the end of last year, I returned to Plaza Hyundai to lease a new car. Prior to that time my Elantra was inspected and I was told I would owe Hyundai Motor Financing $423 in excess wear and tear charges. I disagreed with the assessment and informed my sales person, Ronald Brookes, that I would not lease from him unless they took the car back and dealt with this charge. I was 100% clear about this from the very beginning. After 7 hours spent at the dealership I agreed on a lease for a Santa Fe Sport - and I was told they would cover the cost of the Elantra "excess wear & tear". I messed up. I didn't get it in writing. I just assumed since I hadn't yet received a bill it would just be covered when I returned my car to them. When I received a bill three weeks later from Hyundai Motor Financing for the Excess wear & tear, I called Ronald and told him about it. He denied making the deal with me but said he if I sent him the bill he'd see what he could do about it since he agreed that the charges were not accurate. Over the next week I heard nothing back. I emailed twice and left two voicemails. Finally I wrote an email saying "are you receiving my emails?" Ronald wrote back "Susan I have gotten the messages." Nothing more. I wrote - "are you looking into this?" He said, "call my manager Benny. [and provided a number]" I called. There was no Benny on the voicemail but I left a message anyway. Twice. Never heard back. Then I called the main #. I spoke with Besik Davarashvili. He said he'd look into it. Two weeks passed. Never heard back from him. I left messages for the General Manager. Twice. No call back. I left a message for the customer service department. Never heard back. It's been a month since I first reached out to Ronald. I went to the Hyundai USA website yesterday and wrote an email to them. NOTHING BACK. I can't believe how I'm begin treated! I'm on my SECOND lease with Hyundai - both from this dealership. But apparently my value as a customer is zero. The other day I was having issues with my Bluetooth. I realized that I don't even have someone there I could call for help - because it's clear no one will call me back. The reason I went back to Plaza Hyundai and to a Hyundai in general was so that I could get good customer service and a car that was reliable. I even thought I had great rapport with Ronald and all the folks at Hyundai Plaza and was going to recommend them to everyone I know. I feel like a chump. It's not even about the $423 anymore - it's about the way I'm being treated by an organization that basically sold me a car and then said F.U.... UPDATE: after posting on Facebook, Twitter and here, I received a call from a very helpful manager and will be reimbursed. I'm sorry it had to get to this point. More
My only complaint is that it took way to long to get the deal closed and that there was a lot of back and fourth between our sales associate and her bosses. I walked in with my sister and We saw Frank Mosca, I explained to him what I wanted and he worked with me very carefully. He went above and beyond what is required of a sales person as I worked in Ban explained to him what I wanted and he worked with me very carefully. He went above and beyond what is required of a sales person as I worked in Banking and had some heavy goals to meet made me aware of how well he did his job. He was very warm and personable and made the transaction of them taking my money an easy task lol. I would recommend him very highly. I would also like to add that Heather was very helpful in showing me how the new car worked. She also was warm and personable and did a fabulous job. One more note Chip the loan officer was as wonderful as Frank and Heather, He did a great job explaining everything to me. I would like to compliment Tom the Manger for hiring such a wonderful staff, he came over a few times also to make sure all was going well. Making my experience with Plaza Hyundai a pleasure and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Ella Taliercio More
On Friday, Dec. 27th my husband and I ventured into the world of looking for a new car, a task which is dreaded by so many. Upon entering Plaza Hyundai, we took a deep breath and hoped for the best and we world of looking for a new car, a task which is dreaded by so many. Upon entering Plaza Hyundai, we took a deep breath and hoped for the best and we found it in our salesman, Frank Mosca. Frank immediately took the time and interest to put us at ease (which wasn't easy), explaining the excellent features of the Hyundai and answering all our questions. Needless to say our just looking experience turned into a buying experience due to the confidence we felt with Frank. A big thank you to Frank. Also, thank you to Angel who came out to the car to go over each feature and detail of our new car. Plaza Mall is lucky to have two such dedicated employees. More

When my husband and I walked into the Plaza Hyundai with our oldest son who was a first time buyer, we were ready to deal with car salesmen who was either pushy or pressuring. Frank Mosca was the first person who approached us and was so different from past car salesmen that we have dealt with in the past. He immediately took care of us and made us feel like we were his own. He was warm and very approachable. Not to mention, very knowledgable too. You could see right away that Frank is very dedicated not only to the dealership, but to his clients as well. Frank is one of a kind. We walked out with a smile on our faces and of course, a brand new car. Thank you Frank!!!! More
Leszek Hyjek....This salesman was one of the worst that I have ever come across. You can hardly understand his thick accent and he is not knowledgeable about his vehicles at all. He screwed up the registra have ever come across. You can hardly understand his thick accent and he is not knowledgeable about his vehicles at all. He screwed up the registration on my car and is in no way helpful to get it corrected. He actually told me to go to the motor vehicles and do it myself. After I paid them over $300.00 for them to get the plates and registration done. I don't think so, otherwise give me my money back. But of course that won't happen. As I write this review today 5 months after buying the car I am still waiting to have this corrected. No one at this dealership is willing to help out. They yes you to death and nothing gets done. I am so sorry that I went to this place and gave them any business. This has been one of the worst experience's I have had to deal with. Do Not.... I repeat......DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... "PLAZA HYUNDAI" TO BUY A CAR......The other reviews had to be written by their relatives and friends. Go on Google and read the reviews there. I will write a review like this everywhere I can about this dealership and this particular salesman. More
