I went into the dealership last October specifically to leave with a new car. I was greeted by Michael who offered me some idea on what was available. He was full of information and very patient. I was looking at the Elantra's and instead of just putting me in that car, he advised me of the current sale on Sonata's which were usually around 5k higher. I got into the Sonata and only paid about a thousand more than the Elantra. His service was so good I brought my wife back about 3 months later and we got her into a Sonata of her own. Even though the sale was over, they honored my price and charges her the same as me. We both could not be happier!!! Now I am bringing my father down so he can by a Hyundai as well. More

I needed to change my oil the other day and I needed to do a new york inspection. The advisor at the dealership informed me that the service would take approximately one hour. I was in the waiting area for do a new york inspection. The advisor at the dealership informed me that the service would take approximately one hour. I was in the waiting area for almost three hours and nobody informed what was going on with my car. When I asked the advisor what was going on he told me that the car would be ready soon. After three hours of waiting I paid for all the services and finally got my car. When I checked the inspection sticker on my car I was surprised to see that it was my old inspection sticker. They hadn't even inspected my car after three hours of "working" on it. After finding out I told them and they did the inspection in 5 minutes and nobody apologized for this ridiculous waiting time. Now i am not even sure that the oil was changed in my car. After paying for the services I cannot even be sure they were done properly. More

In March 2013, my husband and I visited Plaza Hyundai to check out the new autos. We had previouly purchased our 2007 Sonata from Plaza. Our salesman was Frank Mosca, who warmly greeted us and was very hel check out the new autos. We had previouly purchased our 2007 Sonata from Plaza. Our salesman was Frank Mosca, who warmly greeted us and was very helpful in answering questions and concerns in a patient and friendly manner.We told him we wanted to purchase a car outright, not being interested in financing. He insisted that it would be better to to set up financing, and could pay it off immediately if we wanted. We did so, and found quickly that it was not better: higher costs in setting up financing include buyer payments for dealer preps and dealer transportations. The price on the salesman's invoice would bear this out. Lesson learned: be sure you thoroughly understand all details of the agreement before you sign. Lesson learned : Take the time to go over all details and if you are not sure, maybe consider other dealers. For all of this, recommendation is withheld. More

My wife and I had no intention of buying a new vehicle on the day we visited Plaza Auto Mall. We had a 10 months old Prius Four and found it a bit too small (we owned a Toyota Limited before hurricane Sa the day we visited Plaza Auto Mall. We had a 10 months old Prius Four and found it a bit too small (we owned a Toyota Limited before hurricane Sandy destroyed it). We were just browsing comparing mid-size SUV's from Toyota, Acura, Honda and Hyundai - all conveniently located side by side at the Plaza Auto Mall. Hyundai was the last showroom on our "just looking" tour. That's where we encountered Michael Dakir. He asked several very pertinent questions, acknowledged that we are just gathering information and do not plan to buy an SUV for another year or two. We did appreciate Michael's genuine commitment to our wants and needs and his exceptional knowledge of Hyundai vehicles. He helped us to chose the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport over all the other SUVs we looked at. Finally, the top of the line Santa Fe Sport just happened to arrive in the showroom that morning. It was love at first sight for us, the vehicle had everything we wanted and it came in a very lovely cabo bronze color. Michael was exceptionally helpful in all stages of the purchase: trade in, price, making sure we drove home in our new SUV that day.. That is why we are giving the highest ratings to Michael Dakir and the dealership that is fortunate to have such a consummate sales professional with outstanding customer service on its staff. I have been buying Toyotas for the last 20 years, but now I am a Hyundai man. I have to mention and thank Mikhail Wright for his excellent and thorough financing arrangements. More
After believing we had reached a fair price and a deal, we returned to pick up our car. After waiting 5 hours to talk to the finance person we were advised the the price we had agreed upon was based on an we returned to pick up our car. We went during the labor day promotion where there was a customer choice of 0% financing or a $1500 incentive. We began working with Allen Sully and had no problem with him. Once we were ready to talk figures, he brought over the sales manager, Joe Trincilla, who from first introduction was your typical car salesman. He claimed he was giving us the best deal when we knew others who had done better. They knew they had made a mistake and refused to fix it. We ended up walking at the end and got a much better deal at a dealership in NJ, with better customer service and no misrepresentations. I DO NOT recommend this dealer. Another tip: Don't go to this dealer with a True Car price if you know the car can be purchased for less. More
