I walked into the Hyundai dealership on Thursday, August 29th to purchase a car. I was greeted by Frank Mosca who was very pleasant and personable. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. What I like most about Frank is that he isn't pushy or forceful. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire transaction. He wanted me to be happy with my decision. I told him what my goal was and he helped me to achieve it, financially and with the automobile. I was so pleased to drive off in a gorgeous 2013 Sonata. Frank exemplifies exceptional customer service and is an asset to the company. Also, Percy Urrutia and Joseph (Joe) Trincilla were very accommodating and made sure that I was well taken care of. It was a pleasure doing business with Frank and the team at Plaza Hyundai. I highly recommend them. More
From the time I entered the showroom, I was acknowledged and a salesman was selected for me. It was Mr. Frank Mosca. Mr. Mosca has a very warm personality. Not a "let's get down to business'' attitude. This and a salesman was selected for me. It was Mr. Frank Mosca. Mr. Mosca has a very warm personality. Not a "let's get down to business'' attitude. This went a long way in making me feel comfortable. He wasn't hurried. He just casually talked and asked questions. He showed me cars and took me for a test drive. I wasn't completely sure and he let me know that he was in no hurry, that I should take my time because his big concern was that I be completely satisfied. That made me feel much more relaxed because I wasn't absolutely sure of what I wanted. I explained my financial concerns as well as my physical needs as I carry a walker and cane wherever I go. Mr Mosca worked up numbers and went back and forth between his manager and myself. He really worked hard to get me what I wanted at a price I could live with. As much time passed, he went out personally to buy me something to eat and drink. For my part, I felt that he was working on my behalf rather than Hyundai's. At the end of the day, I walked out completely satisfied with a brand new car. And, to top everything off, Mr Mosca drove my other car to my home so I wouldn't have to come back the next day for it. One could not ask for a more thoughtful, patient, concerned person to conduct business with. More

Walked into the dealership with a TrueCar.com pricing for their dealership and also AutoTrader.com trade-in value certificate. Dealership willing to honor Truecar but not Autotrader certificate and offered their dealership and also AutoTrader.com trade-in value certificate. Dealership willing to honor Truecar but not Autotrader certificate and offered me $2200 less than certificate value. Internet sales manager called me back a few days later to apologize and said be willing to honor prices. Then never called me back. Terrible service. More

I kept getting phone calls from this one person who claimed that the dealership wanted to buy my car back for weeks. I asked her a lot of questions before coming in for an evaluation (selling my car). claimed that the dealership wanted to buy my car back for weeks. When I finally came down to the dealership and asked for that person, I was informed that this person is only a "contact" person and nothing more. i was instead directed to the used sales car manager who appraised my vehicle and gave me an exteremely offensive offer. One other thing, I was told to use KBB as an approximation of the worth of my vehicle, instead I was laughed at when I actually came down and spoke to the used cas sales manager about it. Question, why hassle me for weeks and all these phone calls so that you could waste my time. We have bought 3 cars there over the years, but rest assured that this would be the last!!!! More
