What a wonderful team of workers! Never had such a great experience with car dealers in the past. These guys give everyone else a bad name. Allen was fabulous and introduced me to everyone I would need in the future for oil changes and any items for my new car I may want or need. He stood by my side through the whole process and got me into a car I could afford and love in the one day time period I had to do it in. This allowed my life to go on making the loss of my old car much less painful. Raj stepped in at the end due to an emergency and took over as if he was with me through the whole process too, even though he had not been up until the very end of the process. He took on the responisibility without hestitation and had a lovely personality as well. He helped me to clear my old car and get all I needed out of it and into my new car making it all run smoothly. My process was not an easy one since I actually have an odd circumstance and was buying from out of state without out of state insurance and such. They rolled with the punches and made it all work! Awesome! I look forward to my future with this new cars and in the future as well. Manny the financial officer was quick and very informative. He took great care of me and made everything clear and understandable. Each of these workers really cared about your experience there. We did all our homework; checked AAA's website for all the different makes and models that they recommended in our price range, checked reviews and reliability reports by the car review magazines, narrowed our list down to 10 different manufacturer's models, then began the actual foot work of looking at the cars. To put it mildly, it was an eye-opening experience! The best analogy that I can make is that there were sharks in the water circling defenseless seals and we were the seals! And then we met Frank Mosca. We were only halfway down our list of possibilities when we stepped into Plaza Hyundai to look at their Sonata. Frank met us at the door, directed us to his desk and then did something remarkable. He listened! For fifteen minutes he sat patiently at his desk while we told him exactly what we were looking for and about our previous horrid experiences. At the end of my diatribe, he calmly arose and told us to follow him outside to our new car! Sure enough, right outside was the most beautiful Ruby Red Sonata we have ever seen. He took us for a test drive which felt like riding on velvet, brought us back to his desk and told us he was going to give us a price that we could not turn down and darned if he didn't! As I stated at the beginning of this overly-long testimonial, we had done all our homework and I knew what an excellent price for this car was and he beat it! There is not enough room in this forum to tell everyone about how this funny, charming, Grandfatherly Gentleman took all the tension out of car hunting away. He took care of every detail, gave us his personal cell phone number if we ever had any questions, told us to call anytime and he meant it! I drove home in my new Sonata completely satisfied and relieved. He even followed me home with my old car (my wife doesn't drive). To sum up: Hyundai already has good cars at good prices, If you start with Frank, you will give yourself an informative, amusing, stress-free bonus. More
