Plaza Hyundai

Been a PLaza customer since I first bought my Civic in 2000. My 2010 honda civic lease was up. Came in to the Hyundai showroom. Allen S greeted me with enthusiasm and respect. Never pressured me on anything and discussed my options for the lease return, etc. Then came back the next weekend for a test drive. He was with a customer when I walked in so he politely asked his colleague Raj Paul to test drive the car with me. Raj Paul was another pleasant personality. Courteous and took the time to explain the features of the car. He didn't just sit there and let me drive but rather wanted me to really discover why Elantra was a great choice. And I never looked back. RIght there and then swapped my lease and within a few hours, I drove out with an Elantra+preferred package. Raj Paul walked me through the entire process with ease. Such a gentleman. The manager Mike B was another great guy who helped out Raj and of course me in getting the best deal. When I got to the finance manager Mike Lugo, he was another stand up guy who detailed the deal and presented me with options to protect the car upon return. It didn't matter Even when I declined the options. Great guy to deal with. Believe me I have leased at least 5 cars now and this guy Mike L has been the best Finance Guy I had to deal with. Was never pushy and when I said no to the options, he never pushed me to get anything. I would come back again for SURE when my Accord lease is up in a few months (when the VEloster Turbo comes out). Yey!! More

This was our third attempt at car shopping,(previously went to Infiniti and Nissan) and as soon as we walked in the showroom and met Raj Paul the experience was great. I took my Sonata GLS for servicing and decided to stop at the dealership to see the 2012 models. A very charasmatic salesman approached me, Raj Murjani.
