They pointed out a lot of items and photos explained well but something just seemed off. I went in for battery light indicator and they came up with a $10,000 future bill to fix car. Will be looking elsewhere fir service and only use them as last resort. More

Fantastic experience. From the moment I pulled up someone was there to help me. The young man in the service department who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kin From the moment I pulled up someone was there to help me. The young man in the service department who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even changed the battery in my key when I mentioned it was giving me a warning. My car was repaired while I waited and I pulled out of the dealership with a clean car in less than an hour. So great. I will always go to Plaza for service. More

Now, we recommend new tires before winter. Brand new car 17K miles and I need new tires. I am baffled More
Horrible service department. Made appointment 3 weeks ahead of time to have rotors replaced because they did not have parts 3 months before when replaced break pads. Called to check in at 2:00 had not started on service. Went picked up Range Rover. Never again. Have bought RR here for 15 years always horrible service. Im done headed to Chesterfield RR.. More
