Customer Service is terrible to prior to sale and after sale to say the least. I was promised a full tank of gas, vehicle detail, and safety and emissions. The tank was not filled up nor was a detail performed when I took delivery of the vehicle. I’m experiencing issues with them not having remit payoff payment for trade in to lender. No one returns calls or respond to emails. The operator has purposely hung up on me several times. For a much better experience purchase from another dealership. Beware that they will certainly under value your trade in. More

Professional staff. Squeaky clean. They had a software malfunction when I bought my Rover Sport. It caused some time delays and lack of preparedness, but they were quick Squeaky clean. Service department forgot I had a warranty when getting some repairs. The guy resolved that quickly. Recently had a tires put on. Wife hit a nail. They got me in same day and fixed this for free. They're not perfect, but when they do slip up they quickly correct course. I bought from here because I knew my wife could take her car in for service and they wouldn't try to pull one over on her.
