I brought my RV in for a check engine light. As soon as i drove up the service gentleman came out to assist me and after getting my information got it to the service bay and within a half hour filled me in o drove up the service gentleman came out to assist me and after getting my information got it to the service bay and within a half hour filled me in on the problem. Rodents chewed wire on one of the injectors and it was repaired shortly. I was very happy with the experience. More

I have a 2001 Lincoln LS and am the original owner. I retired back home to Florida in early 2004. I visited this dealership when it was time for the 36,000 checkup. Under different ownership, I was not happy with the service department because young idiots were running it. I chose to go to a much more knowledgeable and friendlier Lincoln-Mercury dealership in Ocala. The good news is a change in ownership has made all the difference for many years now. Excellent service and professionalism have marked this dealership for many years now. I highly recommend this dealership in Leesburg, Florida, without hesitation. Still have my Lincoln LS V8, thanks to my confidence in the personnel and expertise. They make me happy!! More
