Rob did a good job, he contacted Ford dealer for warranty info on battery problem, got us warranty. Took care of power steering fault, sold us new tires at fair price. On complaint is it took a week to compl info on battery problem, got us warranty. Took care of power steering fault, sold us new tires at fair price. After your dealership had my car for one month to fix my radio you returned my car to me absolutely filthy. I did not have the time that day to wait for you to clean it then. You called the next day and sai radio you returned my car to me absolutely filthy. I did not have the time that day to wait for you to clean it then. You called the next day and said you would come get my car and have it detailed. That was last Thursday! Just when do you plan on cleaning my car? Your customer service is terrible! The day I picked up my car new you tried to give it to me dirty and the poor salesman had to run and clean it himself and now this— What is it with your service department?
