VEHICLE SERVICE VS CUSTOMER SERVICE Very happy with vehicle service. Unhappy with waiting area. Even Ford dealership has nice doughnuts. Lincoln has cheapo cookies (just a few) that l Very happy with vehicle service. Unhappy with waiting area. Even Ford dealership has nice doughnuts. Lincoln has cheapo cookies (just a few) that look stale, and not having breakfast yet were stuck in totally unfriendly waiting room with one newspaper for all. Of course the one TV was basically the same deal. When I take friend to her Honda svc we find a friendly little café with actual breakfast orders and service at table or counter to boot. Free van service to nearby shopping and etc. What a stodgy place Lincoln service area is... All for the privilege of purchasing and driving a much more expensive vehicle. Only consolation is the awesomeness of the vehicle itself which has totally spoiled us. . More

Great experience Pick up of our vehicle and leaving a vehicle is a great part of the service. Our vehicle was due for an oil change and the drivers door was sticking a Pick up of our vehicle and leaving a vehicle is a great part of the service. First Maintenance Service Doing business with Plaza Lincoln has always been a good experience. We were always treated with courtesy and thoughtfulness by the entire staff but, Doing business with Plaza Lincoln has always been a good experience. We were always treated with courtesy and thoughtfulness by the entire staff but, one person especially stands out and that person is Doug Yoder. Douglas Yoder has been our go-to guy from day one.
