Robert was great he took care of things that were not done right the first time plus a recall fix. After the service was done the tech did not replace the oil change sticker, did not reset the oil life, done right the first time plus a recall fix. When this was brought to Roberts's attention he had it fixed. This was the same issue we had with our first service after the tires were rotated the tire pressure was never checked which meant we had to bring the car back to get it taken care of. This needs to be addressed with your techs. More

When I called, phone was answered promptly, an appointment was scheduled for less than one week out. Overall, the experience was good.
