Dropped off my MKX night before it was supposed to be serviced but the vehicle was not even looked at the next day. They did change the oil the next day and checked my AC, however they did not update my serviced but the vehicle was not even looked at the next day. They did change the oil the next day and checked my AC, however they did not update my Sync software as they were supposed to. I am not very happy as lost almost two driving days & still do not have updated software. More
