Took the car in on Saturday for a oil change. The car wash is not available and they do not clean the inside. It felt like a mechanic had been in the car... a few smudges here and there. I had arranged for the pickup but the service department forgot but did quickly supply the pickup - I didn't drive my car until the next day when I discovered the tires had been missed filled with the wrong forgot but did quickly supply the pickup - I didn't drive my car until the next day when I discovered the tires had been missed filled with the wrong amount of air. I had to drive the 30 minutes each way to the dealership to have the problem corrected - their attitude was tough luck!! More

Not happy due to being told blah blah is probably the issue before they even looked at the car to investigate. We took the car in and they found there was a recall for an issue unrelated to what we took issue before they even looked at the car to investigate. We took the car in and they found there was a recall for an issue unrelated to what we took it in for…which they fixed and gave the car back as being fixed and said everything should be okay…which is not! I called to tell them the problem it was taken in for was still NOT fixed and they had no notes about what I said we thought the issue was and then said it would be a week before they could look at it again! Poor Customer Service!! More
