We were quoted on the phone $199.00 + tax including labor for a new gel battery for my wife's mkc. When she checked out $30.00 was added on for labor. None of the electrical units on the car were reset so my for a new gel battery for my wife's mkc. When she checked out $30.00 was added on for labor. None of the electrical units on the car were reset so my wife had to drive all the way back from Harbor Hills CC on sat. to have them reset. We have a mic which is my wife's car and a mkz which I just purchased from you. I think in the future we will go back to our old mechanic who when he quotes us a price that's what it is and everything on our cars work when we get them back More
