Didn’t look like carpets were vacuumed at all and cloudy footprints were on the drivers side. Also, water was running down some windows, the side mirrors, and the back of the car. Don’t know if you have someone new because in the past the car has always been immaculate. More

Honored the Lincoln customer promise. Got my Lincoln continental in another city in the state, preowned certified, came up with some defects that the other dealership didn’t notice on the Got my Lincoln continental in another city in the state, preowned certified, came up with some defects that the other dealership didn’t notice on the inspection. I came to this dealership to get my car fixed, and although it was my first time as a customer, they didn’t know me at all, they took care of my car, and gave me a top-notch own loaner Which I get to enjoy for almost 2 weeks, While I get my car repaired. Dealership has become large used car depot So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. There are more used cars in the showroom there there are new model Lincol So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. I can only think they will ultimately lose their Lincoln location in the near future. More

Bob Friend.Been at Service dept 3 times for the same issue. After 3 tries by service department and, so I’m told, corporate can was involved the last time. Now, the same “mirror-clicking” has occurred for the forth time! This is so unacceptable for a dealer such as Plaza. I was living in GA when I leased this car and will surely drive back there to lease again. Maybe perhaps the dealers in FL just don’t care after the fact? So very disappointed with Plaza.
