Expectations Exceded Jimmy was the service manager for the 10K service only 2016 Camry SE. I cannot begin to say how amazed and pleased I was with the service he provided Jimmy was the service manager for the 10K service only 2016 Camry SE. I cannot begin to say how amazed and pleased I was with the service he provided me. I had a 10:15am appointment and arrived early due to my 8 am personal appointment being cancelled. Jimmy greated me with a smile and got me into the service queue. I had a view of my car being serviced and was amazed that it wasn't just sitting there. Someone was working on it!!!! I say this because I had my 5K service done at another dealership and I waited and waited and waited....even though I had one of the first appointments and was there on time. Based on my experience I was fearful of taking my Camry in to another dealership. I anticipate that this service call should be about a quarter of the time I wasted at the other dealership. I had one minor issue that was my fault for not informing the technician about an aftermarket part. Once the issue was identified, Jimmy took care of it super fast. Just to sum it up, Jimmy was aces and deserves more than five stars. He not only met my expectations, he exceeded them. I was out of my early walk in even before my original appointment. He gained a customer today! Many thanks for making my rainy day a little brighter! More

Recent Plaza Toyota Service I made 2 visits this week to Plaza Toyota for the Nov special of oil change etc and also an inspection on my Corolla. I've always had my car serviced I made 2 visits this week to Plaza Toyota for the Nov special of oil change etc and also an inspection on my Corolla. I've always had my car serviced there and never had any problem except for a long wait at times. I was very impressed with the Rep I had this time on both days, she was very friendly, quite professional and had great Customer Service experience and I made it known to her. Her name is Kelly Ann and hiring more Reps like her would be great, and keeping them would even be better. Rewards and bonuses can keep Reps like her and reduce frequent turnovers which I have noticed over the years. More

He made me feel rushed and seemed more concerned about my rating on the survey than my car. My car was purchased & usually serviced at Toyota of Manhattan. Eventhough I didn't like my first visit at your Brooklyn location I returned this week to do my inspection. Kelly was friendly, personable and professional. She didn't try to force me to add on anything extra. She also didn't mention the survey which I loved. Due to my interaction with Kelly I would return. Only when she is available. Side note: Toyota of Manhattan doesn't rate their employees on surveys and they still provide EXCELLENT customer service. I think your survey program needs to be revised and not linked to wages or compensation unless it's a bonus. Find a different reward program for your staff and they will focus more on the actual customers. Normally I don't respond to surveys at all but I'm doing it because you need to know you have a gem for an employee named Kelly. If you don't find a better way to reward your employees you'lol lose them. More

Service Appointment It was easy to get an appointment online and the schedule was very flexible. One at Plaza I worked with Michael and for drop off, status and pick up. Great customer service! Jimmy was a genuine and super helpful service advisor! Told me exactly what I needed to do , how long it takes and he gave me a free carwash!
