Horrible service and customer service Oil change and state inspection....should not take 3.5 -4 hours with an appointment !!! Not only is there no one who wants to help you and zero commun Oil change and state inspection....should not take 3.5 -4 hours with an appointment !!! Not only is there no one who wants to help you and zero communication. You have to track down someone and then they act like you're annoying them just to get help?? when I asked what was taking so long after the "couple of minutes" they said at hour 2...I had to keep waiting I was told they were Just starting it!! After 3.5hours my car was Not even started? When I said that is ridiculous the response I got from "John " was ..." Lots of things are ridiculous. "Are you kidding me? How about sorry and we should give an accurate estimate about length of time. Never ever going back here. More
