My wife and I had been shopping for a good family vehicle as a trade for our minivan and we pretty much had an idea on what to expect. We walked in Plaza Toyota a few minutes after they opened on a Monday and Mr. Nana Sono, who was talking to another sales person stood up and meet us. He explained everything about the vehicle we wanted - Toyota Sienna. We let him enumerate the features, safety and standards not because we wanted to be impressed or that we don't know but because we want to know how sincere and truthful he is in the explanations. Then, we wanted to know the most important fact: the NUMBERS. Honestly, we already had previously knowledge on the numbers and our expectations are already set. We came in with a so-so trade in vehicle with a huge upside down. We still sat in there pretending we were naive and excited to drive a new vehicle. We were supposed to go to New Jersey that day and meet with the dealer we spoke to who offered us the best deal but with some cash out. So we informed Nana that we want to drive out with a new Sienna with no money down. After inspecting our trade-in, contacting our lien holder, etc. he asked if he can give us the better deal we can do business with him. I dreaded that part. I knew what that means: if you say yes then you are screwed and it's hard to get out. Nana looked at me in the eye and promised to even take out part of his just to make the deal with me. And boy, he actually delivered much more than we expected. We came out of the dealership 5 hours later not even knowing it was already five hours. Nana made us feel comfortable and spoke to us as if we were best of friends. He even toured us around the dealership, service and parts area and introduced us to anyone from the techs to the managers. We felt like we belong to the Toyota family even if this is our first Toyota vehicle. The hours just went by so fast! When we got home, our friends asked us the numbers (of course) and we were so proud to say a little over a hundred a month, the same exact insurance premium as before and we are driving a new Toyota Sienna. They were so amazed that we were able to pull it through with no money down. If anyone is looking for a new ride you can drop by Plaza Toyota and look for Nana Sono. It may sound like Nana paid us something to write good about himself. YES he did. He paid us with his EXCELLENT SERVICE and FAMILY-oriented approach to the bad side of business!!!! More

I enjoyed dealing with Aron. He was very professional, and informative.. I appreciated him not being very aggressive, it is a turn off for me.. I found Greg to be knowledgeable,, friendly. He worked with me on the price, options, He went the extra mile to save me time and aggrevation. even before I picked up the car. He called the Insurance company before I got there to help cut down the waiting time. The car was ready to go when I arrived. When I picked up my new 2013 Corolla LE he patiently showed me how to operate the radio, Bluetooth items, phone, etc. He listed all the extras (free maintenance service, etc). and even set up my first appointment in four months! I even got a phone call from the dealership while I was on the way home, and Greg told me to keep his phone # so that I could call with any problems. I felt no pressure to buy. The gentleman with the financing was very patient and efficient. I found this to be a very pleasant experience. More

We were very pleased to have a business with the Carlos Ottley. He holds a professional attitude, has a respect for customers, and know exactly what customer wants. Fortunately, where was the car that we had in mind, although we thought that we should continue looking, because the price was little bit higher that we expected. In spite of our doubts, Carlos offer us a very good deal and after talking about the details we decided to buy this car. I also should notice that Carlos was very patient and gave us time to talk with our friend about the car, it was important for us. He also was straightforward about the deal and all the details.
