Brian took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle and the precautions i needed to take in order to ensure my safety. He established a professional relationship and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my vehicle in his possession. He is the an example of an amazing service advisor and although i am not from the area i will make sure to return to him, whenever my car is in need of any inspection.
