Unorginized is being polite I'm not saying they are unfair, but it doesnt seem like they really care about you, or doing their jobs right. Also, they had a DJ the day we were in, and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other at any place in the building. Promises were made, have yet to be kept. Happy with the car, but I will not give my business to this dealership again. More

OSCAR is knowledgeable, kind, sincere and asks great questions. He really takes the time to know what the customer wants and needs. I was almost killed in a bad 3 car accident on I-87 on Jan 17th.. My car was totaled. .I live in Westchester County. Oscar found me the perfect car made sure the payments fit my budget and I LOVE the car.. never thought I could afford it.. but Oscar helped make it happen ! I will continue to drive to Brooklyn past many dealerships in Westchester and visit OSCAR for every car I drive for the rest of my life and have also told many of my customers in my business to do the same.. Plaza Auto Mall has a staggering inventory of vehicles.. "Planet Plaza Auto" is more like it... much bigger than a mall. All that being said is great.. it's not a bunch of BS...BUT here is where OSCAR WENT to ANOTHER LEVEL. I.came to pickup my car and it was not ready yet... no big deal get it the next day.. Oscar had a trip planned with his wife to go to the Poconos he was to be off work the next day.... OSCAR CANCELLED HIS TRIP so he could "PERSONALLY DELIVER" my car to me on the next day!. I don't review much on social media or websites etc... I WILL testify on three things to all who read this.. 1. Walk into the dealership. 2. Ask for OSCAR SOTO accept no one else. 3.
