While the prices were fair, and the salespeople were friendly, they were disorganized and my cash transaction took an inordinately long time and my initial paperwork was lost. I left my new car there for after-sale installations, and was not contacted for a day and a half and was given the run-around until finally someone called me back to give me the status of my car. There were items still not installed, however, I realize that parts had to be ordered. It remains to be seen whether I will actually get those items I paid for installed, so I am not ready to rate that as yet here. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and they were far better organized. No one seemed to know what the other party was doing and communication was very poor. Overall, I am happy with my car, but the initial salesperson I worked with was very young and inexperienced and couldn't answer many of my questions. I also felt that several of the packages offered online were not made available to me. For example, I had wanted the Sports trim of the Rav4 with the enhanced performance package but did not want the appearance package with the run flat tires. I was told that that was the only available configuration for the Sport version. I was also told initially that the red exterior did not come with gray interior. That, too, was not the case. Overall, the salesman tried to give me what I wanted but I am not sure that I couldn't have gotten exactly what I wanted from another dealer. My biggest issues are the lack of communication and wait time for transactions More

And I really thank the employees of this establishment for this. Normally, I am a nervous wreck when it comes to purchasing an item like a new car. However, in this case, I had no problem remaining calm as all my quyestions were answered and my mind set at ease, which in turn fostered clear thinking which I think is always required for the kind of transaction I was involved in. My first New Car. I visited Plaza Toyota looking to purchase a car, I spoke to Shaun who was very polite, professional and trustworthy.
