There was no rush; I didn’t feel pressured to buy. This dealer ship is very spacious, clean, with a good atmosphere upon arrival. They have polite customer service staff; my sales consultant (Drew) was honest straight to the point and handled all financial negation well. As a first time car buyer, the process was very smooth; Drew, James and Eugene made it easy! I received a GREAT deal on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra! Thanks so much guys. More

They will sell you on the car & then change all policy once you sit down to sign paperwork. Tyler Coles is one of the ring leaders teaching Kevin Chapa to be dishonest too. This has to be one of the MOST dishonest car dealers I have ever dealt with. Don't tell me I'm approved for a loan, I take car, sign all paperwork & 2 weeks later now all of a sudden I DONT have a loan? Bait & Switch to the max, they told me a price for a warranty on the phone & low & behold I get there & "that information I gave you about your warranty was massively incorrect but I do have a warranty that has 12000 miles less for the same price" All I can say is Buyer Beware!!! More

Either Eugene has matured into a completely different person in 8 months or this account of Eugenes behavior is not 100% factual. I will say this: this is a business, and if you don't come into this store educated and informed this business is going to try to make a profit. That is just the way capitalism works, God bless America. So be forewarned, don't come into this dealership or any other without knowing average price points and values. Other than than that, Eugene is a fantastic and respectful salesperson. The maintenance team is extremely warm and friendly. Senior management when faced with me walking out buying nothing, was willing to get me a deal that persuaded me to buy. I would not have done so without Eugene. More

We worked with Terry Jones on trading in a Toyota Sienna for a new Honda Pilot and I must admit that our deal was tougher than expected, but these guy We worked with Terry Jones on trading in a Toyota Sienna for a new Honda Pilot and I must admit that our deal was tougher than expected, but these guys never stopped trying to come up with potential solutions to get us in a our new Pilot. First off Terry and the team did everything they could make us feel relaxed and appreciated; Terry spent a great deal of time in explaining the in and out of the Pilot so that my wife was familiar with it, secondly the team did all they could to ensure we would get the best deal for our car and trade. This was without a doubt the least stressful of an experience we have ever had. I am now looking to trade my other car in for a vehicle from these guys! Couldn't be more thankful for Pohanka, Terry, and the overall experience! More

They were also really patient with me after I decided to change a lease to a purchase. Juanita was my salesperson and she was wonderful. The finance manager, Tyler, definitely dealt with most of the trouble I created lol and he was extremely personable and patient despite all of my changes. Even the other employees were helpful.
