Sorry about damaging your vehicle - but not our fault. We brought our Honda in to have the air bag replaced. They were kind enough to provide a vehicle while they worked on ours - probably paid for by the We brought our Honda in to have the air bag replaced. They were kind enough to provide a vehicle while they worked on ours - probably paid for by the main company. When they replaced the air bag, they also did an inspection and noted a lot of things that needed attention - including a lug bolt. The lug bolt had been sheared off when the techician took off the front driver's side tire - he carefully placed it in the cup holder. We did not know about the lug bolt until we were looking over the recommendations - price to replace it $175. When the Service Advisor John G. was called - he also did not know about the lug bolt. He agreed initially that if someone broke something they should fix it. However, when he called back 3 hours later after talking with the technician, he stated that the lug nut had been placed on too tight and it was not their fault that they ripped the bolt off when they used their impact wrench on the tire. He recommended going back to the last place that serviced it to see if they would pay. Since that had been in January - I hadn't needed to take the tire off - except for the visit to them - I felt and still feel that Pohanka Honda is responsible - and this shows their poor professionalism and quality of service. I will NOT take my car back to them. More

Victor, my sales person, was very friendly and patient in explain I recently bought a new 2015 Honda Accord EX from "Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg". Victor, my sales person, was very friendly and patient in explaining me all the features of the vehicle and answering all my questions. This was my first car and I had so many questions. He answered everything with a smile in his face. I had a very complicated case where I drove from a different state in an one way rental car and dropped off there. He took care of everything for me. I returned my rental car in their shop and they returned it to rental agency. To my pleasant surprise, they even reimbursed my one way drop charge for rental car also (Thank you so much for this). He completed all the paper work well before in time, so that I would not spend much time there. I must tell, I got the best deal for the car, best customer service and the best sales person.
