Great Experience, even better car. I never ever ever thought I would buy a Honda Civic. I went to this dealership for the Accord hybrid, but quickly realized I would not be able to affo I never ever ever thought I would buy a Honda Civic. I went to this dealership because Mark Ross was recommended to me through a mutual friend. If I had not dealt with Mark I do not believe I would have purchased my Civic. He was more than persistent without being annoying. When I got to the dealership, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want, however I was very wrong. Mark stayed with me through the entire process while I figured out what I really wanted and helped get me into that car. Greg Altman was the "numbers guy" who helped balance everything out to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. Financing through Honda was the best choice for me based on the interest rate they were able to offer me. Tamika Morefield was more than friendly and personal for the final steps of my process and getting all of the paperwork signed so that I could get home in my sweet new Civic. Olga was a very good balance of being patient and knowledgeable. Olga explained everything clearly in a way that my mom and dad could easily understand. I'm especially grateful that Olga let them make the decision, and was not in anyway pushy. It was clear that Olga wanted to make the sale, but she was more interested that my parents were happy and wanted them to make the decision of their own accord. This was especially memorable because we came to see someone that I had initially contacted via the internet, but since the person was unavailable, we were handed off to Olga and she did a remarkable job. Near the end of the process the other person came and she was very good too. We'll always remember how good both she and Olga were towards my parents. More

Not only did they offer the best trade-in value for our previous vehicle, they also provided the best price for the new one! There was no haggling necessary - Olga provided the best prices up front. This removed all of the stress that normally comes along with purchasing a new vehicle! There was a little mixup on the paperwork at the end, but the finance officer admitted the mistake and fixed it immediately. My parents have bought two new vehicles from this dealership, and strongly recommended them. I understand why now! Pohanka Honda has just won a customer for life! More
