I bought a great little Honda CRV from this dealership, but ultimately decided I wanted to trade it for a 2014 Acura MDX. Mark Ross made it happen for me, at a good price, and without any hassles. Why am I completing this rating? I was in need of a vehicle; my vehicle at the time was a BMW 328i. Prior to going with my son-in-law to meet Mr. Hamilton, I did not trust car salesmen nor car dealers vehicle; my vehicle at the time was a BMW 328i. I want Pohanka of Fredericksburg to know of my experience with Mr. Bill Hamilton and Mr. John Melber. Currently I am in a Master's program with GWU and I work full time as a Vocational Rehab Counselor therefore I do not have the time to spend on a survey YET I strongly feel that you need to know how I feel after meeting Mr. Hamilton. My son-in-law recommended Bill Hamilton due to having conducted a lot of business with Mr. Hamilton in the past at Pohanka of Fredericksburg. Upon meeting Mr. Hamilton, I was impressed with his character and respect for MY desires. Mr. Hamiliton did not try to sell me what I did NOT want. Mr. Hamilton took his time and did NOT rush me with the sale. Also, I was impressed with the professionalism that Mr. Hamilton presented to me as his customer. Mr. Hamilton is friendly and a gentleman. I stronly feel that Mr. Hamilton is an asset to Pohanka of Fredericksburg and you need to know it! Mr. Hamilton is the reason I will recommend Pohanka of Fredericksburg to my friends, family and co-workers. I have lived in King George County since 1972, I know a lot of people. Also, I would like to say that Mr. John Melber was an excellent surprise to the sale. Mr. Melber is gentle and knows his humbers which is impressive! I would have to say this was probably my most enjoyable car buying experience ever.
