My husband and I visited Pohanka to check out the 2013 Accord. We were still in the browsing stage and hadn't made up our minds as to whether we wanted to trade in our sedan for a new sedan or our SUV for Accord. We were fortunate to have Bill Hamilton as our sales consultant as he offered several different options to us at the dealership. We appreciated his patience as he knew that we were not ready to make a decision. My husband and I left the dealership questioning what type of vehicle we would purchase and when it should take place, but knew for certain that Bill would be part of the deal. When Bill followed up with us several days later, we were happy to report that we had made a decision. We decided to go with an SUV but with an Acura. Since Pohanka owns several different dealerships, one being an Acura, Bill was able to get the exact vehicle that we wanted. The whole buying experience could not have been any easier. We communicated via email, texts and phone. Bill went to the dealership in Chantilly and picked up the vehicle for us. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, it was parked right in front of the showroom doors with pink balloons and a Mylar "Happy Birthday" balloon. In passing, I had told Bill that my husband and I had set out shopping for a new car as a birthday gift for me. This goes to show you how Bill goes above and beyond what we expected in our sales consultant.
